What a fantastic service!

Following some mechanical issues with my vehicle, I recently found myself stranded a long way from home in Northern NSW. I travel with a lot of assistive technology equipment, so getting back to Sydney in my wheelchair with all of my equipment posed some challenges. That was until I discovered Adairs Bus and Van hire.

To begin with, Tracey and Janet were incredibly helpful and reassuring, with great communication. All of my anxiety was eased. The driver provided to me, David, was such a professional, and from the outset left me feeling that no task was too hard.

A huge obstacle was thrown our way, when on the morning we were leaving, flash flooding hit northern NSW. The highway home was cut off, so we needed to take a detour through Queensland, turning a simple 1-day drive into a 2-day adventure.

Once again, Tracey stepped up, organising the overnight wheelchair accessible accommodation we would require in rural NSW.

David chose a route home that took us through some of the most spectacular scenery Australia has to offer. I arrived home incredibly appreciative of the collective effort from the entire Adairs team. I highly recommend you learn for yourself what an awesome service they provide.
